Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to predict future performance.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate allocation of resources and monitoring variances.
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends or areas for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong plus.
