Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budget and actual results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives.
- Assist in the budgeting process and manage departmental expense reports.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through in-depth data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with financial modeling tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
