Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency using provided banking equipment
- Provide exceptional service while operating teller terminals, cash drawers, and security devices
- Balance cash and transactions daily using bank-provided counting machines
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and banking procedures
- Adhere to all security protocols for handling cash and sensitive information
- Maintain clean and organized workstation with supplied tools and resources
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in basic math and cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment provided by the bank
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn proprietary banking systems
