Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop complex financial models to predict future revenue streams, expense trends, and capital requirements to support executive decision-making.
- Budget Management: Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across departments and monitoring adherence to financial plans.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to enhance data accuracy and operational workflows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present financial data and insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders and senior management to drive strategic initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling software; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business intelligence.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
