Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to drive business planning and strategy.
- Develop accurate financial models and forecasts for quarterly and annual reporting.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
