Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Build relationships by identifying customer needs and offering solutions
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to security protocols
- Operate provided banking equipment (ATMs, check scanners, core systems)
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Cross-sell bank products and services

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic math and 10-key operations
- Ability to operate provided banking technology (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy standards
