Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Budget Management: Assist in the budgeting process, monitor variance analysis, and provide insights on cost control measures.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement automation solutions to streamline operations.
- Forecasting: Develop long-term financial forecasts and strategic scenarios to support business planning.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP and internal control policies.
- Data Integrity: Audit financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity across all systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Software: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certifications: CFA, CPA, or CMA designation is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
