Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and projections for annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and capital projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and corporate financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
