Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor annual budgets and capital expenditure plans.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within financial data to optimize performance.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
