Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with senior leadership on budget forecasting and financial planning
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for daily accounting operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
