Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis between actuals and budgets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support pricing strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
