Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to recommend actionable solutions to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Assist in the development of annual operating plans and monitor departmental performance against targets.
- Ensure all financial documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
