Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business planning and forecasting.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a focus on variance analysis and trend identification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and board materials.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and GAAP.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
