Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Monitor budget execution and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and track performance against goals.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and executive summaries.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and corporate accounting principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
