Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted financial performance.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare accurate departmental budgets and forecasts.
- Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (CPA/CFA a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data simply.
