Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Cost Management: Assist in the development of cost-saving initiatives and monitor departmental spending against allocated budgets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data effectively.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
