Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Budget & Variance Analysis: Oversee the annual budgeting process and conduct monthly variance analyses to explain deviations to senior management.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets and P&L statements, for executive stakeholders.
- Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation across various departments.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of financial data by reconciling accounts and auditing financial records.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with department heads to support strategic initiatives and capital expenditure decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and SQL is essential.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
