Responsibilities

- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk.
- Prepare and present detailed compliance reports to senior management and external regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement effective compliance training programs for staff to foster a culture of transparency and adherence.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance measures into daily workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, FERPA, state banking regulations).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
