Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify timecards, deductions, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliation
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP systems
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and meet deadlines
