Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership on financial performance and market analysis
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and investment evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
