Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to inform strategic business decisions
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement areas
- Present financial insights to senior leadership through clear visualizations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Support mergers & acquisitions through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or banking environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with flexible scheduling
