Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support strategic decision-making
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budget reports
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI presentations for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and risk assessment projects
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate financial databases and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
