As a Financial Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, providing the insights needed to navigate complex market conditions and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess business scenarios.
- Assist in the budgeting process by monitoring spending and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and corporate financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Experience with financial modeling and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
