Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear visualizations
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Conduct variance analysis to explain budget deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation analysis
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel functions and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
