Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to drive strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budget reports using Excel and Power BI
- Prepare executive presentations translating complex financial insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics against financial targets
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VBA, Power Query, and complex modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights
