Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with visualizations
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Present findings to senior leadership using data-driven storytelling
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Streamline financial processes using provided advanced analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a plus
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
