Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth credit risk analysis for commercial loan portfolios exceeding $50M
- Develop comprehensive financial models to assess borrower viability and industry trends
- Prepare detailed credit memos and presentations for executive review committees
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with commercial banking teams to structure complex financing solutions
- Lead regulatory compliance reviews (SOX, OCC) and internal audits
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in energy/industrial sectors
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Bloomberg, Moody's Analytics)
- Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios with minimal losses
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and credit risk frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Series 7/63/66 licenses or willingness to obtain within 90 days
