Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and projected financial results.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for various departments.
- Gather and interpret financial data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
- Prepare presentations for management regarding financial performance and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros are a plus).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
