Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create detailed models for budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial performance
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership using data visualization tools
- Monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from databases
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial analysis under tight deadlines
