Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support business objectives.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Assist in the development, monitoring, and management of the annual operating budget and capital expenditure plans.
- Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities by analyzing complex financial data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to gather data and support operational goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards (GAAP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) or SQL is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
