Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategic financial improvements
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Proven track record of leading financial projects and presenting to C-suite executives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively in remote settings
