Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on specific business units or projects to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
