Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess profitability, performance, and risks, providing recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and long-term forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to drive revenue growth initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data to stakeholders clearly.
