Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Perform complex data modeling using advanced Excel techniques and financial software.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and regulatory standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
