Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor annual operating budgets and strategic plans.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new projects and operational changes.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
