Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Perform detailed cost analysis and assist in pricing strategies for new products.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
