Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external audits.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, and Index/Match).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
