Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and assist in monthly variance analysis to forecast future financial performance.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario analysis to support key business decisions and capital allocation.
- Cost Management: Monitor spending patterns and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate complex financial data to stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial documentation and reporting meet internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
- Certifications: CFA, CMA, or CPA designation is a plus.
