Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and dashboards using Excel and SQL to track performance metrics.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the financial services or corporate sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
