Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic planning.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to assess business performance and project future trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
