Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor performance against targets throughout the fiscal year.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into financial metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
