Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted figures.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Conduct deep-dive financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
