Financial Analyst - Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to support budgeting and long-term planning.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the financial data.
• Assist in the development of financial models for new business initiatives and capital investments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences.
