Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Conduct deep-dive cost analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and translate them into actionable financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for executive board meetings and external audits.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
