Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial reports with actionable insights
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Analyze variance reports and recommend corrective actions
- Create executive dashboards for KPI tracking and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Support annual audit preparation and compliance requirements
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
