Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, monitor budget variances, and produce accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Perform variance analysis and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
