As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, preparing comprehensive reports, and supporting senior leadership in strategic planning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization through accurate forecasting and rigorous variance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario planning to support long-term business strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor ongoing expenditures.
- Perform cash flow analysis and provide recommendations for capital allocation.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
