Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business goals
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis across multiple divisions
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and ROI calculations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
