Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting processes
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to assess investment opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
