Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for leadership review

- Develop monthly/quarterly financial statements and KPI dashboards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP system experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
